This oven is used to dry the fruit and extract all the moisture from it.

The oven is equipped from the inside with 12 profiles of square section distributed evenly on each side 6, these profiles represent the profiles carrying the six trays that will be placed inside the oven
The oven is equipped from the top with a steam hole equipped with a flange
The furnace is equipped from the bottom with a condensate discharge hole and a tooth
The oven is equipped with a network of square-section profiles distributed on six levels compatible with the levels of the tray-bearing profiles. This network of profiles will heat the trays that will be placed on them through the hot steam passing inside them.
The oven is mounted on four legs of a square-section profile
