The tank is cylindrical in shape, vertically positioned, equipped with a double wall jacket made of stainless steel caliber 304ss, insulated with rock wool, and the insulation layer (the outer surface of the tank) is made of stainless steel 304 ss. The tank body in contact with the product is made of stainless steel caliber 316 ss and all welds are polished and treated

Reservation and recycling tank double jacket

The tank is cylindrical in shape, vertically positioned, equipped with a double wall jacket made of stainless steel caliber 304ss insulated with rock wool, and the insulation layer (the outer surface of the tank) is made of stainless steel caliber 304 ss. The tank body in contact with the product is made of stainless steel caliber 316 ss and all welds are polished and treated.
The inner surface of the tank is mirror polished and the outer surface of the tank is matt polished.

The tank head is equipped with:

Service and cleaning vent with round lid sealed with silicone gasket
A hole equipped with a stall and a CIP rotary washer shower.
Spare hatch equipped with bolt and blind stop.
Hinge fitted with a pressure sensor
Opening with glass window with light bulb.

Easy to use

Ball valve orifice with filter for pressure adjustment (venting) during filling and unloading processes.
