The cheese production project is one of the best profitable industrial projects and it is not a complex industry. Rather, it is considered one of the easy industries and what makes it easier is the availability of production supplies, whether raw materials or tools, so the project is highly suitable for those looking for a profitable productive work with few possibilities and costs, by studying The project indicates that it can be profitable

Types of mozzarella cheese
  •  Buffalo Mozzarella: Made from buffalo milk
  • Bovine Mozzarella: Made from fresh pasteurized or unpasteurized cow’s milk
  • Low-moisture mozzarella: It is made from partially or completely skimmed milk

Mozzarella cheese is mostly white, but its color may change to yellow, depending on the food given to the animal, and it is semi-soft due to the high humidity in it. Up to six months, when mozzarella cheese is used in the manufacture of pizza, and many types of pasta calazania

The idea of the project revolves around the production of cheese by using modern methods and technology, where you will produce cheese in one stage, which helps you to speed production, reduce cheese production costs and prevent the pollution process that may occur if you will produce cheese in several stages and then make a profit from the project cheese production

Location and area of the project

The mozzarella cheese making project needs a room with an area of 20 square meters, preferably 5: 5 square meters. It is necessary that the floors and walls be ceramic. A permanent source of potable water is also required with the installation of a cold water line and a hot water line, in addition to a source of electricity and natural ventilation. And drainage units in the floor to drain the water resulting from washing and production processes.

As for the location of the project, it is a necessary matter, despite the fact that the project is productive, the more the project’s position is close to the population and is surrounded by a lot of grocery stores, supermarkets and dairy stores, the greater the chances of selling, whether to ordinary individuals at the retail price or to shops at the wholesale price, and of course the higher the production site Far from the population space, the fewer opportunities to sell, and you need to make a greater marketing effort to sell and sell your products.

Stages of making mozzarella cheese
  • Steaming and pressure cooking
  • Shaping and cutting cheese

The first stage begins with receiving fresh milk from suppliers (vendors from rural areas, suppliers who have livestock farms, merchants).
Completing the filtering process on the milk that was received, determining its type and quantity, and testing its acidity, specific weight and fat percentage.
Al Mudallal Company designs and produces specialized machines necessary to carry out all production stages of this type of industry. Mudallal machines enable you to produce and develop excellent products with original flavours. All machines can be completely customized to your specifications to meet your requirements for an unparalleled product. The company’s goal is not the machines themselves, but rather to provide the right technical solutions for you. All of our machines are designed according to specifications reached through discussion, dialogue and exchange of views with well-known and famous experts and technicians in several Arab countries in the cheese industry, such as Jo Baladi Company, Rawabi Taanayel Company, Dairy Farm Company known in Lebanon andHawa Al-Sham  in Syria

production

production is made from different raw materials, such as fresh packed curd and food ingredients. Production starts with continuous cooking and pressure steaming machine. This machine is suitable for producing any product even low-moisture or high-moisture products; Mozzarella, Kashkaval, Pizza cheese, Scamorza (semi-soft white cheese with a hard and dry texture), Provolone (Italian cow’s milk cheese), Provola (smoked cheese), Casiocavallo (sheep and cow’s milk) and all kinds of soft cheeses used in making pastries.

1st stage (cooking)

Raw materials to be processed are introduced into the chamber manually (you can install an automatic feed conveyor) from an overhead compartment of suitable dimensions for the introduction of packaged yoghurt. The raw material is transformed into a mixture in the processing chamber and obtaining the correct degree of fiber and desired moisture by means of two opposing axes with steam injection mechanism in a safe manner to avoid any blockage in the steam outlet (due to contact with the cheese block). The temperature of the machine is controlled by a temperature sensor. The axles feature double rotation action, forward and backward. The shaft speed can be controlled by an inverter. Discharge the product by means of a pneumatic chamber. Food contact parts are coated with non-stick Teflon.

The second stage (shaping and cutting the cheese)

After the production process is completed, the cheese is packed in plastic containers bearing the project’s name and trademark or in foam dishes covered with thick transparent bags and printed on the outside with the project’s name and trademark, and stored in the refrigerator until it is sold or supplied to agreed customers.

Ways to market and sell products easily

The quantity produced per day is considered small and the process of marketing and selling it will not be difficult, especially in light of the high quality of the products. Through the project headquarters, you can sell to ordinary individuals. Ordinary individuals in the vicinity of the project can be considered the main customers of the project. Dairy products can also be supplied to dairy shops and stores. Supermarkets at prices slightly lower than selling prices to end customers

Project success factors

Pay attention to the cleanliness of the tools, the production site and the final products, as this has a significant impact on the consumer’s decision to repurchase or not. Many dairy producers cheat on raw materials in order to achieve the highest profit return, and this is forbidden, of course, other than the poor quality of the products that buyers later shy away from. Try to save, through careful consideration and continuous research, you may find someone who appreciates milk for you at an excellent price that guarantees you the highest profit return. Work on your own. Hiring a worker to work on the project may cut off half of the profits you make, but if the quantities produced are doubled after the demand for your products increases, you can hire a worker with a good salary.
If you have an empty room at the bottom of the house or a garage that you are not using, you can use it instead of renting a shop.
