Manual Feed Double Head Aluminum Foil Heat Sealing Shearing Machine

The machine is made of 304 stainless steel for contact and non-contact parts, all welds are polished and treated

The worker places the plastic container within the cradle designated for it. This cradle has a retractable movement (installed on a zipper bearing) that enables it to move forward and backward.
After placing the package, the worker pushes the incubator with the package inside it towards the sealing head so that the package is centered with it
Then nitrogen is added inside the package through a special valve
After that, the worker lowers the sealing head over the package in order to weld the aluminum foil over it and then cut it by pressing the electric foot pedal dedicated for this purpose.
After the expiry of the sealing process time, which is pre-set by the worker, the sealing head rises to the top and thus the package has been sealed, so the worker pulls the package holder towards it to remove the sealed package and put another package and so on, the work cycle continues
