Machine Description

When filling the tanks and reaching the required volume, the filling heads equipped with Y valves are opened and the excess solution after filling the tanks is returned to the main tank through the return line connecting the individual tanks to the main tank.
After emptying the solution with which the filling tanks were filled into the required containers, the filled containers are moved by the conveyor belt equipped with the machine to the closing section.
The star in the closing section receives the filled package and, through its rotational movement, delivers the bottle nozzle to the end of a guide that adjusts the movement of the caps coming from the cap feeder.
And so on, the previous process above is repeated as the work cycle continues.
