The machine is made of stainless steel 316 caliber for the parts in contact with the product, and from stainless steel 304 for the parts not in contact with the product, all welds are polished and treated

Machine Description

Linear Filling Machine 5 Volumetric Heads

  • The machine contains a main tank that is filled with the solution to be filled so that a pump connected to this tank pumps the solution to a secondary tank equipped with five fixed filling heads and has a specific height depending on the required filling volume.
  • When the solution reaches the secondary tank, the filling heads are filled, and the excess of the solution after filling the heads is returned to the main tank through the return line connecting the main and secondary tanks.
  • After emptying the solution with which the filling heads were filled into the gallons, the previous process above is repeated and so on as the work cycle continues.
  • Adjusting the filling process is done by adjusting the time the pump pumps the solution during the work cycle of a unit.
  • The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt to transport the gallons that have been filled to put the empty gallons to be filled.
Easy to use

Possibility to exchange the secondary tank carrying the filling heads with another tank carrying ten heads and a different capacity as well
