This machine consists of a basin with a capacity (according to the user’s desire), inside this basin there is a coil that heats the water inside the basin through the heating medium (steam) passing through it to a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius, whose value is maintained through a temperature sensor located at the bottom of the basin, which It controls the opening and closing of the Y valve that allows steam to enter or exit the heating coil when needed, this temperature monitoring is done through a thermometer.
At the top of this tub there is a perforated plate that can be moved up and down (the movement is controlled by a piston) whose function is to lower the nylon-wrapped product into the tub filled with hot water to complete the nylon shrinkage process on the product to be wrapped, and with the end of the shrinkage process specified in a certain time, the plate will raise The product rises to the top of the basin, taking it out of the hot water. The movement of this plate is controlled by a manual foot pedal.
