The convex tank head is equipped with:

Slot equipped with a stall and a CIP rotary shower, 1 pcs.
Spare hole equipped with 1 blind stop.
Hole for pressure adjustment Vent during the filling and unloading processes 1 pcs.
A flange orifice equipped with a pneumatically controlled butterfly valve. The function of this orifice is to secure the entry of materials coming from the screw conveyor.

Easy to use

Slot for installing an electric motor equipped with a Gear Box connected to an axle connected to a 3-bed mixing mechanism located vertically, and equipped with an inverter to control the number of motor revolutions from 500-1400 rpm

Stainless Steel

The tank body in contact with the product is made of 316 SS stainless steel and all welds are welded, polished and treated.

High efficiency

Two holes are equipped with a double-jacket insulated bypass for cooling purpose, to ensure product circulation from the bottom of the mixer to the top.
