Machine Description

Continuous Rotary Filling Machine

The packages are manually fed by the worker on the conveyor belt, who delivers them to the input star, which feeds the packages one by one to the package holder, which begins to rise gradually to deliver the bottle nozzle to the filling head (package holders are also mounted on a rotating tray).
The filling process is carried out through heads connected to a rotating cylindrical tank equipped with a level sensor to adjust the amount of liquid present in it. It is also equipped with a vision crystal to indicate the level of liquid within it.
After the filling process is completed, the packaging holder gradually descends, and thanks to the rotation of the tray that holds the containers carriers, the container filled with the required liquid is delivered to the output star, which delivers the containers to the conveyor belt to be covered manually by the worker, and so on, the above process continues during the machine’s working cycle.

The machine is made of stainless steel caliber 304 (with the possibility of manufacturing it of stainless steel caliber 316) All welds in the machine are polished and treated
