It is a double jacket bowl made of stainless steel plate 304-SS
The drum is equipped with an electric motor attached to it, an anchor-shaped moving mechanism with Teflon scrapers to scrape the wall of the drum in order to prevent the product from sticking to it
The pot body is equipped with an inlet and outlet to secure the entry of the heating medium to the double jacket, which raises the temperature of the product to the boiling point.
The bowl is carried on pivoting chairs equipped with rollers that make it easy to turn the drum bowl for easy emptying

Easy to use

The motor block with the mixing mechanism has a rotational movement that enables it to be lifted up away from the vessel during the process of turning the pot to empty it, and it also enables it to lower down towards the vessel in order to move the product during the boiling process.
