The shaft of the electric motor is connected to a double-caliber blade located at the bottom of the bowl. The electric motor is enclosed in a 304 stainless steel housing.
Hydraulic overturning mechanism
The base is made of 304 stainless steel plate suitable for the food industry and is polished from the inside and outside. It is on two slits. The right contains the vacuum pump and the left includes the hydraulic circuit and the control panel in order to control all the functions of the cooker through the PLC and touch screen.
